Francisco is an MIT Technology Review Innovator Under 35 who has spoken on digital assets at NFT NYC, Google I/O, Imperial College London, Lenovo and Esri, and mentors founders at Founder Institute and Zinc VC. He designed the digital-assets training program for Colombia’s Financial Superintendency and a national blockchain program for its Ministry of Technology, founded the country’s first regulatory-sandbox fintech, and won first place at the Bank of Cyprus hackathon with Tokenization of Real Estate. Visiting professor at Singularity University, he publishes peer-reviewed research on regulatory frameworks for tokenized assets and stablecoins across EMCIS, ACM and MDPI Future Internet.
