With an extensive background bridging traditional capital markets and modern fintech, Mikaela Kantor is the Chief Legal Officer at Teroxx. Mikaela leads the legal and regulatory strategy across the group, ensuring governance and structure in a fast-moving industry. As an advocate of the Supreme Court of Cyprus and vice president of the Technology Committee of the Cyprus Bar Association, she specializes in the licensing and regulation of electronic money institutions, alternative investment funds, and digital asset entities. Throughout her career, Mikaela has advised on major debt-for-asset swaps, complex securitizations, and multi-million-euro project finance transactions. She holds an LLB with honors from the University of Kent and a European law diploma from Maastricht University.
